Delivery:

Place your order by the latest of Friday night to get it delivered by the weekend. If your order is placed later, it will be delivered the following weekend.

Free delivery to Strathcona Campuses: Tay Creggan/Strathcona Main Campus, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Canterbury, Camberwell, Burwood, Surrey Hills, Box hill, Box Hill South, Mont Albert, and Toorak.

All other suburbs outside of this list will receive a 3.50 dollar delivery fee. Please ensure you are in a free delivery suburb before selecting free delivery. If you are unsure please send us an email. Delivery is only available in Victoria, Australia.

Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
