– Standard & Express shipping will be additional costs up to $15.

    I am so impressed with the quality of this diffuser, it looks, feels and smells better than any store bought version. I have this in a large room at work and it is the first diffuser I have had that throws enough scent to subtlely fill the room.

    Packaged extremely nicely, almost immediately effective, and helped fill the room with a subtle scent. The smell isn’t overly sweet, which is excellent. Customer service was excellent and will 100% recommend it to anyone.

Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.

In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
