Shipped items should arrive within 1-3 business days, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.
In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.
If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case.
