Shipping Policy
Products will be posted in envelopes through the Australian post. The first product ordered will have a shipping fee of $3 and any additional products will have a shipping fee of $1.
Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.
In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact paperwalls@envision.melbourne to inquire on an individual refund.
If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if Australian Post also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
