D E L I V E R Y

The biscuits will be hand-made every Sunday and then delivered later that Sunday afternoon to ensure fresh and tasty treats for your pups. We deliver to various suburbs, including Mont Albert, Box Hill, Surrey Hills, Burwood, Ashburton, Camberwell, Canterbury, Chadstone, Hawthorn, Balwyn, and more. 

*For students at Strathcona Tay Creggan delivery will be on a Monday
*There may be some later delivery dates depending on where you have the order delivered.

Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however this may vary slightly depending on shipping times.

In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case.
