The 4 flavours, decorations and frosting are set and this business does not personalise, customise or change these things. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. 

Delivery: 

-Products will be delivered to your chosen address.

-Free delivery to suburbs including: Surrey Hills, Glen Iris, Camberwell, Canterbury, Burwood, Hawthorn, Toorak. 

-All suburbs outside of this list will be charged with a $2.50 delivery fee.

– Should no one be at home at the time of delivery please advise of a location to leave your package in our notes section – while ordering.

– Please allow up to 3 – 4 days for you product to be delivered

Shipping Policy

Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.

In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
