Description

Personal messages can be included and written straight into the card by Together Tea! You can choose to submit your address, have the card sent to you and handwrite the message yourself, or choose to have us write your personalised message and send it straight to whoever you choose!

Please keep in mind that the more tea bags added to the purchase will increase the bulkiness of the envelope containing the card. This will increase possible damage (bending, squashing etc.) that could occur to your card!

Shipping within Australia is free! Overseas shipping adds an extra $2.50.

Shipped items should arrive within 1-2 business weeks (for shipping within Australia), however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly.

In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact us at TogetherTea@envision.melbourne from which you can inquire about a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility fully for damage during post as once the products are shipped, Australia Post is held responsible.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.

In the event that your product is damaged or lost in the postage process, please contact us at togethertea@envision.melbourne and we will work with you to find a solution.  

On the unlikely condition that your product was never posted you will receive a full refund on your purchase, or may request that it be shipped immediately.
