Shipping Policy
Your purchase should arrive anywhere between 1-3 weeks, depending on when we are baking and how many orders there are in your area. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will only be able to deliver to people in certain areas. We will publish which areas we can deliver to at a later date.
Refund Policy
In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance. On the unlikely condition that your product was never posted you will receive a full refund on your purchase, or may request that it be shipped immediately.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or last minute cancellations but if order something by accident, you can email us to cancel it if we haven't already made your product.
