Locally shipped items should arrive within 1-2 business weeks, however non-locally shipped items may take longer. The Glow Project will mostly ship on weekends only so expect to get your products then!
In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.
If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case.
