Description

Sizes (can be adjusted depending on the image ratio):

  • Large (10x10cm max)
  • Medium (8x8cm max)
  • Small (5x5cm max)
  • Mini (2x2cm max)

Available in both die-cuts (cut around the outline of the image) and squares/rectangles (cut in a square/rectangular outline around the image)

Select $1.60 postage if you are only buying one product.
If you are buying several different products from us and the total price is less than $5, select $1.60 postage on only one product and combined postage on the rest. This applies to buying multiple of the same design. Do not purchase more than one item that has the postage attribute by changing the quantity, otherwise you will be overcharged. For example, if you want to buy 5 of a cat sticker only add one with the postage attribute to your cart. Then, add the other 4 to the cart but marked as combined postage.
If the total price on your ApriPuff purchase is above $5 (this includes other products), select free shipping on all products. The total price does not include additional shipping costs. If your order includes a custom-designed product the shipping is also free.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however due to the current pandemic this prediction may vary slightly. There is free shipping on all orders above $5, this does not include additional shipping costs. There is also free shipping on all orders that include custom-designed stickers or labels.
    Free delivery is available in the following suburbs: Camberwell, Canterbury, Burwood, Ashwood, Ashburton, Glen Iris, Box Hill South, Surrey Hills, Balwyn and Deepdene.

    In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact us to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.

    If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.

    In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact us to inquire on our refund or replacement policy.

    If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance. 

    On the unlikely condition that your product was never posted you will receive a full refund on your purchase, or may request that it be shipped immediately.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    We can accept returns or exchanges if the sticker or label is in a suitable condition- it has not been peeled back, creased or damaged in any way.

    We do not accept cancellations.
