If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.

Shipping is free (will be hand delivered) in the following Victorian suburbs: Surrey Hills, Canterbury, Mont Albert, Mont Albert North, Camberwell, Box Hill, Balwyn, Burwood, Burwood East, Blackburn, Mitcham, Nunawading, Forest Hill and Vermont.

In all other suburbs, shipping will need to be paid for by the buyer. Unfortunately, we only ship Australia-wide.

Refund Policy

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
