Camberwell, East Camberwell, Surrey Hills, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Auburn, Box Hill, Box Hill North, Canterbury, Burwood, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Chadstone, Doncaster, Kew, Malvern, Malvern East, Deepdene, Blackburn, Ashburton, Ashwood and Mont Albert.

If you live outside these areas, please select the Standard Shipping option as unfortunately we must charge an extra $3.50 to account for standard postage fees. We now deliver nationally, all around Australia.

For the free delivery option we deliver on weekends. For the standard shipping option it is expected to arrive in 7-14 business days (via AUS post).

Shipping Policy

Shipped items should arrive within 2-3 business weeks, however this may vary slightly depending on shipping times.

In the event that your product is damaged in the mail, please contact the vendor from which you made the purchase to inquire on their individual refund or replacement policy.

If your purchase happens to be lost in the process of postage or otherwise cannot reach you, we will provide a refund if our courier service also states that this is the case. Unfortunately, if the courier expresses that your product has reached the delivery address, we are unable to provide further assistance.
